Walk/Talk Therapy
Walk-talk therapy combines the benefits of physical activity with the therapeutic process, allowing clients to engage in conversation while walking in nature. This approach can enhance emotional well-being, reduce anxiety, and promote a sense of connection with nature. By breaking the traditional therapy model, it encourages openness and creativity, making it easier for clients to express their thoughts and feelings. Overall, walk-talk therapy offers a refreshing alternative that fosters both mental and physical health.

Third Party Reproductive Evaluations
Third-Party Reproductive Evaluations provide a supportive and educational space for individuals and couples pursuing family building through egg, sperm, or embryo donation, embryo adoption, or gestational surrogacy. These evaluations are not designed to determine whether you are “fit” to become parents, but rather to help you understand and thoughtfully process the emotional, relational, and psychological considerations of third-party reproduction so you can move forward feeling informed and prepared. Evaluations are conducted in accordance with ASRM guidelines, typically last 90 minutes to 2 hours, and include both partners when applicable. Following completion, Healing Pineapple Therapy, PLLC provides a detailed report to your fertility clinic within 7 days.

Postpartum Well Visits
Ongoing Care & Support Throughout Your First Year Postpartum
Your baby will have regular check-ins throughout their first year. We believe moms deserve ongoing support, too.
During pregnancy, there are frequent appointments focused on your health and your baby's development. Once baby arrives, the focus naturally shifts—and while your baby continues to have regular pediatric visits, there are far fewer opportunities dedicated specifically to checking in on how you are recovering and adjusting.
Yet the first year postpartum can bring significant changes to your body, hormones, mood, sleep, relationships, routines, and identity. Healing Pineapple Therapy created Postpartum Well Visits to help bridge that gap and give moms a place to regularly ask: How am I doing? What do I need right now?
Support That Changes As You Do
Postpartum Well Visits are brief care-management sessions offered throughout your baby's first year at approximately 1, 2, 4, 6, 9, and 12 months postpartum.
These 20-minute sessions are not medical examinations or a replacement for care from your OB/GYN or other healthcare providers. Instead, they provide an additional layer of support focused specifically on your postpartum recovery, adjustment to motherhood, and overall well-being.
Before each visit, you'll complete a brief biopsychosocial check-in that helps us look at how you're doing emotionally, physically, socially, and within your daily life. During our session, we'll review what's going well, identify areas where you may need additional support, provide education, and help connect you with appropriate postpartum resources when needed.
Building Your Postpartum Support Team
You weren't meant to navigate postpartum recovery alone. Depending on your individual needs, education and referrals may include
-
Mental health and relationship support
-
Lactation and feeding resources
-
Pelvic floor therapy
-
Nutrition and movement support
-
Sleep education and support
-
Hormonal and reproductive health resources
-
Massage or chiropractic care
-
Parenting and infant-development resources
-
Community and social support
As your needs change throughout the year, your support can change with you.
Because Postpartum Recovery Doesn't End at Six Weeks
The postpartum period is more than physical recovery from birth. It's also an adjustment to a new body, new routines, new relationships, new responsibilities, and often a new sense of yourself.
Regular Postpartum Well Visits give you intentional opportunities throughout that first year to check in, ask questions, recognize concerns early, celebrate progress, and make sure you have the support you need for the season you're in.
You don't have to wait until something feels “wrong” to receive support.
Your baby's well-being matters. Yours does, too.
Prices:
$55 per session

$300 for all 6 sessions paid in full
